I guess the hotel had its best years in the 80ties/90ties. It's fine and rooms are OK. Hotel staff at the desk and most others are nice. We only had problems when we (a group of 7) wanted to sit at one table for breakfast - for us (Germans) this was not possible - for similar Italian groups this was not a problem at all !?
The breakfast is OK - do not expect too much.
The spa is ok, I've tried it also on the past. The room is clean but it stinks a bit due of old water wells in the bathroom. The restaurant is below the avarage for the food quality, but I must tell that I've tried only vegan food (not my decision but it was ordered by the social event I went) The attendees are very nice and they are quick, educated, nice and professional. The receptionists are very nice, professional and educated. After all it is the best hotel in Boario.
Nice staff, clean rooms & most of all cozy place. Location is perfect.
The service and hotel staff were great, the room was nice and clean, and the location was excellent, 50mt from the famous Terme di Boario. All in all a good experience, 4/5 stars because the breakfast did not have many salted options and because the room walls had some stains and scratch, not expected in a 4 stars hotels.
Hotel Rates are highe. If you ask reception for iron they will saytheydont have it. There is no one at breakfast time to attend you or to answer your queries. There are no slippers in room. Rooms are also so average!!! distance too much and you will need a taxi to reach at night time. So think before coming here.
Nice place, good room amd clean, very friendly and helpful staff! I had a great stay. The breakfast is nice too, good coffee!
Good hotel, however food was not amazing in any way, and bed sheets/beds were not good for tall people
